Chicken Eggs
Pastured eggs taste better, and they’re better for you too! Find them at our farm stand or add them to your monthly meat CSA share.
Our laying hens are truly free range: they roam our fields eating bugs and greens, soaking up sunshine, and breathing fresh country air. We also supplement their diet with a local, non-GMO feed.
Choose from classic brown eggs from our Rhode Island Reds and Barred Rocks, or Creed’s colorful mix of blues, greens, and whites.
Creed, age 11, tends his own small flock of heritage breeds. He pays his own expenses and pockets his own income, hoping to save up for a truck!
Duck Eggs
Did you know that pastured duck eggs are even more nutritious than pastured chicken eggs? They’re awesome for baking, too, and many folks with sensitivities to chicken eggs are able to tolerate duck eggs.
Malachi, age 14, manages his own flock of Khaki Campbell ducks. He tends them daily, pays his own expenses, and saves his profits towards the purchase of a truck…he’ll be driving before we know it!
Malachi’s ducks, along with a pair of guard geese, forage for bugs and greens. They also receive non-GMO feed that is tested to be free of pesticides and herbicides, including glyphosate.
