Obsessed! 🤩 Freeze drying feels like a food growing super power. Overrun with zucchini? Tomatoes? Berries? No problem, simply freeze dry!

Freeze dried foods can be stored at room temperature. No freezing or refrigeration required. This saves me tons of space in our freezers!

I like to store freeze dried foods in glass jars so I can see what I have, and I like to freeze dry zucchini in both shredded and cubed form.

Fresh veggies can be added directly to soups and stews, but here I rehydrated and cooked to serve with our favorite homegrown marinara sauce.
