On-farm pickup Thanksgiving week, usually Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning.
Typical size is 12-18 pounds. Your turkey comes fresh, not frozen, and ready to marinate, rub, roast, or smoke.
Just like our pastured chickens, these turkeys are raised on pasture with plenty of access to grass, bugs, fresh air, and sunshine.
We also give them local, non-GMO feed that is tested to be free of pesticides and herbicides, including glyphosate.
Pastured turkey is tender and flavorful. We can’t wait for you to taste the difference!
