Canning Workshop Details:
- Available by request.
- Choose from water bath canning, pressure canning, or both. Some recipes can be combined into one workshop.
- Canning recipes available on a seasonal basis. (In other words, we can only process foods that are available at the time. Please note that some canning is indeed available in the winter.)
- Water bath canning workshop length: approx. 2 hours.
- Pressure canning workshop length: approx. 3-4 hours.
- Location: our farm kitchen (42722 Lucketts Rd, Leesburg, VA).
- Cost: $150 per hour (per group)
- Group size: 1-10 people
- Ages: 14 and up
