• Available by request.  
• Choose from water bath canning, pressure canning, or both.  Some recipes can be combined into one workshop.
• Canning recipes available on a seasonal basis.  (In other words, we can only process foods that are available at the time. Please note that some canning is indeed available in the winter.)
• Water bath canning workshop length: 2 hours. 
• Pressure canning workshop length: 3 hours.
• Location: our farm kitchen (42722 Lucketts Rd, Leesburg, VA).
• Cost: $150 per person
• Group size: 4 people, minimum*
• Ages: 14 and up

*4-5 people is an ideal size, but we can accommodate larger groups by request.
